One of the first things people ask about our store is, "Where did the store's name come from?" When Shelley was a little kid, she would get so excited at the sight of a brightly wrapped gift and could not wait to touch it much less open it. The thrill and curiosity of what could be inside was almost unbearable. Her parents called her the little giftshaker because she would shake her gifts and try to figure out what was inside! And that's where the store's name came from.
Another thing that goes along with the store's name is our gift wrap which is excitingly colorful with ribbons and a bow that jingles. Anyone who sees our packaging knows where it comes from, and did I mention our unique wrap is free! *The Gift Shaker name and packaging is a registered trademark.

Shipping Info:
United States Shipping is typically done via UPS Ground. UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3rd Day Select Delivery options are available for orders that need to arrive soon!
Order Processing and Shipping:
In general, we will ship your order within 1 business days. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays.
Estimated Total Delivery Time applies to in-stock products only (not pre-orders or backorders).
If we have to review an order for security reasons, that review may affect the Estimated Total Delivery Time.
Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped the next business day.
When closed for normal holidays your order will ship the following business day.
UPS Shipping Calculator will determine your shipping rate at the time of checkout. Please view the UPS Ground Transit Time Map below for estimated shipping times. Please note that these times are estimates only and we do not have any control over shipping once it leaves our store.
We do our best to keep shipping costs low, however, we do reserve the right to charge additional fees for large, heavy, or bulky orders. These charges will be accessed prior to shipment and we will inform you of this before any additional charges are processed.
Alternate Carriers We have chosen to use UPS as our preferred carrier, we do reserve the right to use alternate carriers when needed.
Tax: AR State residents add 6.0% sales tax to order. In-Store pickup customer add an additional 3.0% sales tax. This is automatically done at checkout.
Privacy Policy: We do not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested. Return Policy: - Damaged Product We strive to ensure your order is inspected and properly packed for shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately (by e-mail or phone). Ship the order back to us and upon receipt, we will replace it. We will re-imburse you for reasonable shipping fees back to us and send the replacement order at no additional expense to you. As some items are unique, if we can not send an exact replacement, we will notify you and issue either a store credit or refund.
Return Policy: - Unsatisfied Please be cautious in your purchasing. Important: The returned item must be in sellable condition. If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, contact us by phone or e-mail. Ship the order back to us within 10 days from date of order. If above conditions are met: ie the item is still new, you will receive a full refund less shipping charges.
Note: Any items returned after 10 days are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Returns are not accepted after 30 days under any conditions.
